Visalia Convention Center hosts Annual Pro-Life Fundraising Banquet Featuring Dinesh D’Souza.
Tulare-Kings Right to Life’s (TKRL) 24th annual Making a Difference for Life Fundraising banquet is scheduled for Tuesday, September 24th, 7 p.m., at the Visalia Convention Center. This year the keynote will be given by Conservative Political Speaker Dinesh D’Souza.
Dinesh D’Souza is a bestselling author and filmmaker. D’Souza’s film, Hillary’s America was the #1 documentary in 2016 while his films, 2016: Obama’s America and America: Imagine A World Without Her, are respectively the #2 and #6 highest political documentaries of all time. Born in Mumbai, India, Dinesh has truly lived the American Dream. He moved to the United States to attend high school on a Rotary Scholarship. Following graduation from Dartmouth University he went on to work in the Reagan White House as a policy analyst. His most recent book, Death of a Nation: Plantation Politics and the Making of the Democratic Party, was released in July of 2018 and hit #5 on the NYT bestseller list. D’Souza’s newest documentary, Death of a Nation, was released August 3rd, 2018 in over 1,000 theaters across the country to the dislike of critics but to the praise of audiences.
In addition to D’Souza’s message, the fundraiser will allow Tulare-Kings Right to Life to update the community on its educational and healing work through Latinos4Life, Voices for Life and The IRMA Network. Each year, TKRL reaches thousands of young people and families with a life-affirming message, encouragement, and resources for healthy relationships.
