Community Events

Citywide Bicycle Rodeo held in the city parking lot located at Mineral King Avenue and Conyer. Hosted by the Jeff Barnes Brain Injury Foundation, Visalia Police Department and Rabobank. Children age 13 and younger can have the helmets inspected, fit and/or replaced by the Jeff Barnes Brain Injury Foundation. Bicycles will be checked by the Visalia Police Department. Bicycle riding/safety course. Ancillary Event of the Tour of California Stage 5 - Visalia. No charge to participate.
