Join The Mission Continues and Knights Paladin for their first annual poker run, to be held Sat., April 17th at the Clovis Veterans Building with a 10:00 a.m. shotgun start. Sign up and registration run from 7:45 a.m. to 9:30 a.m., with a rider’s meeting immediately following.

The Mission Continues awards fellowships to wounded and disabled veterans — with special attention to those returning from Iraq and Afghanistan — as they continue their service at home through volunteer endeavors. This fellowship program enables veterans to spend at least 14 weeks at a service organization in a capacity that matches their skills with the organization’s needs.

Registration fees for the poker run start at $25 for a single rider to $40 for a rider and a passenger. All paid riders receive a t-shirt, a commemorative pin, and lunch. The event will include prizes, raffles, entertainment and fun.
